EVENT OVERVIEW
The Tour invites you to compete in the 8th annual Aviara Invitational at Aviara Golf Club in Carlsbad, CA. Named by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine as one of the best resort courses in America, and the #1 golf resort in Southern California according to the readers of Conde Nast Traveler, The Aviara Golf Club overlooks the beautiful Batiquitos Lagoon ecological reserve. The only San Diego golf course designed by the great Arnold Palmer, Aviara feautures a memorable coastal layout uniquely sculpted around rolling hillsides, native wildflowers, and plenty of challenges. Also boasts, arguably, the most picturesque par-three holes in San Diego.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee of $205 includes green fees, cart fees, use of practice facility, scoring, player prize fund, and trophies. Please note the event is likely to sell-out well in advance of the registration deadline and players are encouraged to register well in advance of the deadline. FORMAT
18-hole stroke play championship. All entries are on a first come, first served basis
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9
6AM - 9AM - On-site Player Registration & Check-In
7AM - 9AM - Starting Time Range (#1 and #10 Tee Start)
12PM - 2PM - Awards ceremony for each flight as soon as the last scorecard is turned in for that particular flight
ENTRY DEADLINE
Entry deadline is the Tuesday immediately preceding the event at 6PM or when the field becomes full at 90 players (whichever occurs first).
CANCELLATION POLICY
A confirmed player may cancel up until the registration deadline (typically the Tuesday immediately before the event) and be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Any no-shows or late withdraws will not be refunded for any reason.
