2020 SD Open Preview
Singing Hills Golf Resort - Willow Glen
18-hole stroke play championship
Saturday, January 25, 2020
EVENT OVERVIEW
The Tour is pleased to return to the Willow Course at Singing Hills Golf Resort (formerly Sycuan Resort) to allow players a preview of the course prior to the 36-hole San Diego Open Major Championship. With narrow fairways, elevation changes, and numerous dog-leg holes, the Ted Robinson designed course looks easy on paper but is always challenging. Host of the U.S Junior Amateur Championship and many of San Diego's best players (includinng 2017 Senior National Champion Daviel Sivadge), Willow Glen is a stout test of tournament golf that will reward excellent ball-striking.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee of $140 includes green fees, cart fees, use of practice facility, scoring, player prize fund, and trophies. Please note the event is likely to sell-out well in advance of the registration deadline and players are encouraged to register well in advance of the deadline. If you are interested in paying the entry fee via cash or check please email request to Josh Strobl, Tour Director, at Jstrobl@gcamtour.com
